A Review of Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
I love peanut butter cookies. I do not always have the time to make homemade ones. Recently, I spotted Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix in my local grocery store. I decided to purchase this cookie mix, try it and write an unbiased product review about it. Here is what I discovered!
Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix is affordable, I discovered. I purchased it for a few dollars. It makes 3 dozen 2 inch cookies. This mix has 100% real peanut butter in it. That was a good fact to know. I love many Betty Crocker food products and find them to be not only affordable but, very high in quality and in taste. The advertising for this cookie mix is hard to resist. It promises homemade cookies in just 20 minutes. That sounded great to me. I love time saving homemade tasting desserts, cookies and recipes.
A few ingredients were all I needed to make these cookies. 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of water. Very simple. I preheated my oven to 375 degrees, mixed dough, formed into 36 balls, placed them 2 inches apart on an ungreased non stick cookie baking sheet, flattened them with a fork in a crisscross pattern. I baked them for around 10 minutes. I then let them cool for 2 minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet. They looked fabulous!
These cookies smelled fantastic. When I tasted them, I loved them. Very moist, fresh tasting, rich and they had excellent peanut butter flavor. They were delicious. This product is so easy to make and it took me very little time to finish. These peanut butter cookies do have a great homemade taste and texture. I loved them. I am a peanut butter cookie fan and these were great, in my opinion. You can also shape the cookie dough to make larger cookies. Very cool!
